By accessing our website or engaging our home care services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
Description of Services
#1 Home Care Services provides private pay in-home care services throughout the state of Florida, including personal care, companion care, memory care, and other related services. The specific services, schedules, and care plans are determined through individual consultations and documented in separate service agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with appropriate notice.
Payment Terms
Our services are provided on a private pay basis. Payment terms, including rates, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, are outlined in your individual service agreement. Clients are responsible for timely payment of all invoices. Late payments may result in suspension of services after appropriate notice.
Limitation of Liability
#1 Home Care Services and its caregivers strive to provide the highest quality of care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to such claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to discontinue services immediately if there is a safety concern or violation of these terms. Upon termination, any outstanding balances remain due and payable.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
